Start your journey into the mountains, driving alongside the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Pass through the historic town of Rudraprayag and reach Guptkashi by evening. This town serves as the perfect base for the high-altitude trek ahead.
Drive to Sonprayag and proceed to Gaurikund. From here, begin the 16 km trek to the Kedarnath temple. Whether you walk or take a pony, reaching the ancient shrine of Lord Shiva amidst snow-capped peaks is a life-changing experience.
