3. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking made. It is your responsibility to carefully review the cancellation policy before making a booking. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy, and we reserve the right to deduct any applicable fees.Standard Cancellation Policy
   1. From the booking date till 7 days prior to departure: 30% of the package cost
   2. From 3 to 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the package cost
   3. 24 hours to 3 days prior to departure: 75% of the package cost
   4. Less than 24 hours prior to departure: 100% of the package cost
   5. If the participant is not able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the organizers nor should he not be able to complete the tour, he/she has no right to claim a refund

   Refund Policy:
   Al the refund will be processed to the customer’s account within 15 days of the cancellation initiation. The payment will be in terms of bank transfer only after the identity confirmation.

4. Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and other necessary documents, are valid and up to date. We do not accept any liability for any losses or damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
5. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen baggage.
6. Liability: We do not accept any liability for any losses or damages resulting from any act or omission by any third-party service provider, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and travel insurance providers.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions.
