Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome to the Mediterranean Breeze.
After landing in Cairo, we’ll drive straight to Alexandria, the city with the world’s longest sea-facing road. After checking in, take a walk in the lush Montazah Gardens and see the historic Qaitbay Citadel standing guard over the sea.

Day 2 - Library Stories & Return to Cairo.
Today, explore the famous Library of Alexandria and the mysterious underground Catacombs. After soaking in the coastal history, we’ll head back to Cairo for a quiet evening to rest up for your meeting with the giants tomorrow.

Day 3 - The Great Pyramids & Flying South.
Finally, the moment you’ve waited for! Stand before the Great Pyramids of Giza and the mysterious Sphinx. After visiting the Valley Temple, we’ll take a short flight to Aswan, where the river air is cool, and the pace is slow.

Day 4 - Abu Simbel & Colorful Nubian Life.
We’ll start early to visit the magnificent Abu Simbel temples by Lake Nasser. Later, check into your Nile cruise and visit a bright Nubian Village to see their unique traditions and enjoy the local Aswan market.

Day 5 - Sailing to the Twin Temple.
Visit the High Dam and the beautiful Philae Temple by a small boat. As our cruise starts sailing north, enjoy the river views before we stop at Kom Ombo, a unique “Twin Temple” dedicated to two different gods.

Day 6 - Edfu Carriage Ride & The River Lock.
Take a fun horse-carriage ride to the perfectly preserved Temple of Edfu. Back on the ship, relax as we pass through the Esna Lock a real engineering treat reaching Luxor just in time for a grand Light and Sound show.

Day 7 - Valley of the Kings & Royal Tombs.
Cross to the West Bank to see the Valley of the Kings and the massive Colossi of Memnon. After exploring these hidden underground tombs, we fly back to Cairo to enjoy the city’s vibrant evening atmosphere.

Day 8 - Suez Canal & The Art of Papyrus.
Today, we travel to Ismailia to see the Suez Canal, the lifeline of global trade. Enjoy lunch while watching massive ships pass by, then return to Giza to see how the ancients made paper at a Papyrus center.

Day 9 - King Tut’s Gold & Saying Goodbye.
Spend your last morning at the Egyptian Museum, home to King Tut’s solid gold mask and thousands of other treasures. After a final local lunch with the group, we’ll drop you at the airport for your flight home.

Our tours run from November to February. This is the best time because the weather is pleasant and cool, so you won’t get tired while walking through the open-air temples.
This is a fixed-group departure to give you the best price, but if you want to stay back for a few extra days in Cairo or at a Red Sea resort, we can help with that!
