    FAQs

Do I need a special permit to enter Arunachal Pradesh?

Yes, Indian tourists require an Inner Line Permit (ILP), and foreigners require a Protected Area Permit (PAP). We can assist in processing these; you will need to provide valid ID proofs and photographs in advance.

How cold does it get in Tawang?

Tawang is at a high altitude. Even in summer (April–June), evenings are quite cold. In winter (November–March), temperatures can drop well below freezing, and snow can block certain passes. Pack heavy woolens and thermal wear.

What is the best time to visit Kaziranga?

The park is open from November to April. This is the best window for safaris as the grass is shorter, making wildlife sightings significantly easier. The park remains closed during the monsoon months due to flooding.

Is the road to Tawang difficult?

The journey involves long drives on winding mountain roads. While the scenery is stunning, those prone to motion sickness should carry appropriate medication. Our drivers are highly experienced in mountain terrain to ensure a safe journey.
