Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival and Little Rann Adventure.
Start your journey from Ahmedabad and drive to the Little Rann of Kutch. After checking in, head out for an adventurous open-jeep safari. Keep your eyes peeled for the Desert Fox and the famous Indian Wild Ass across the sun-baked salt plains.

Day 2 - Royal Heritage of Bhuj.
Travel to Bhuj, a city steeped in history. Visit the magnificent Aina Mahal and Prag Mahal museums, which showcase the royal lifestyle of the Kutchi kings. End your day with a peaceful visit to the Swaminarayan Temple, beautifully lit up in the evening.

Day 3 - The Infinite White Rann and Black Hill.
Head toward the Great Rann of Kutch. Along the way, visit Kalo Dungar (Black Hill) for a bird’s-eye view of the desert stretching into the horizon. Spend your evening on the salt flats of the White Rann, watching a spectacular sunset.

Day 4 - Spiritual Shrines and Border Forts.

Day 7 - The Wild Call of Sasan Gir.
Travel to Sasan Gir, the world’s only home for Asiatic Lions. Visit the Devaliya Interpretation Zone in the afternoon. If time permits, embark on your first forest safari to spot lions, leopards, and spotted deer in their natural habitat.

Day 8 - Final Safari and Departure.
Enjoy a final early morning safari in the Gir forest. After a hearty breakfast, we begin the long drive back to Ahmedabad. We will drop you at the airport or station, carrying the echoes of the desert and the wild.

The ideal window is from November to February. The White Rann is dry and accessible, the weather is cool, and the Sasan Gir sanctuary is open. Note that Gir remains closed from mid-June to mid-October.
Yes, a permit is required to visit the Great White Rann. We can assist you with the online process, or you can obtain it at the Bhirandiyara check post en route. Please carry a valid government ID.
Safaris must be booked in advance via the official GID (Gir Interpretation Zone) website. We recommend booking at least 60 days before travel, as permits sell out very quickly.
